Argence is a small, newly incorporated (February 2026), IP research and development company established to manage intellectual property initiatives. The company was created, specifically, to manage building or construction industry product innovations and discoveries.

About 6 months ago, one of the principles, faced with a persistent problem, came up with an idea and decided to run it through an Artificial Intelligence (Ai) system. The system confirmed all the specifications were, at the very least, achieved but mostly exceeded by fairly substantial amounts. The Ai system suggested patenting the formula, a key part of the innovation's manufacturing process.
The innovation's formula and manufacturing concept, theoretically, provides a unique system whereby different construction and building products can be produce by
simply reconfiguring the manufacturing process.
For this reason, and because these potential products impact two different, major industries, we concluded that the corporate entity was necessary to manage all of these aspects. Argence Inc. has recently enter into the patent pending stage of the innovation. We are limited as to what we can publicly divulge, while under Patent Pending.

In the meantime, we are researching costs to establish budgets for capital equipment, plant requirements as well as product competitiveness and anticipated market penetration for the newly innovative construction/building product(s). These budgets will also be used to apply and establish funding and government grants. Argence is not a manufacturer and we do not expect manufacturing to start for a number of years.
